These terms govern use of the public Scalovia website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or other contract for paid services.
1. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse the form, scrape it in a way that creates unreasonable load or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with Scalovia.
2. Informational content
Website and Insights content is general information, not legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice. Product and technology decisions depend on their specific context. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

5. Third-party services
The website may rely on hosting, email or other third-party infrastructure. References or links to third parties do not imply endorsement, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.
6. Availability and changes
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Scalovia may update, suspend or remove content and cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose.
7. Liability
